While employed at other consulting engineering firms during the last 40 plus years, my experience encompasses new and rehabilitation bridge design and inspection, and general structural design including retaining walls and residential design. I have been involved in the preparation of all phases of bridge design (new and rehabilitation) projects, including type studies, hydraulic studies, preliminary and final design calculations, plan development, public hearings, specifications, construction cost estimates, bidding documents, construction contract advertising, and construction phase services.

I hold Professional Engineering licenses in the following states: MD, CT, MA and NY.
